Summer Programs

This chart is intended to serve as a tool in helping you to compare and contrast WorldTeach programs. Before choosing which program you would like to apply for, we strongly encourage you to read through all of the in-depth information provided on our website for your program(s) of interest.

The volunteer commitment is the financial contribution that the volunteer makes. This fee covers personal guidance through the application process, exclusive WorldTeach pre-departure literature, comprehensive visa sponsorship and assistance in securing necessary work permits, health and evacuation insurance, training comprising an Orientation upon arrival, Mid-Service conference, and End-of-Service conference, meals and housing during training, in-country transportation to and from placement site, housing at placement site, professional development through the Teacher Quality Program and mentorship by remote Teacher Quality Coordinator, and support from full time, in-country field staff. Volunteers in the year and semester programs also receive a monthly stipend to cover basic living expenses.

Year
