2 Month Summer Programs
Minimum age 18, open to undergraduates
Teach oral English at summer camps for middle school students in Hunan Province. Participate in cultural activities. Chinese lessons, housing and meals provided by host schools. Departure in mid June. Volunteer Commitment: US$3,990.
Teach English at high schools through the Telesecundaria program in small rural communities. Housing and meals provided with a host family. Departure in late May. Volunteer Commitment: US$3,990.
Teach English at schools or community centers, to children and/or adults. Housing and meals provided, usually with a host family. Departure in mid June. Volunteer Commitment: US$3,990.
Teach English and other subjects in primary & secondary schools, and help integrate computer technology into classroom projects. Opportunity to teach HIV/AIDS. Housing and meals provided at school or with a host family. Volunteer Commitment: US$4,490.
Poland
Teach English in middle and high schools in towns and villages across rural regions of eastern Poland. Housing and meals provided with host family. Departure in late June. Volunteer Commitment: US$3,990.
Teach youth/young adult group for several weeks, followed by teaching placements in diverse sites in the Cape Town region (mostly schools, some youth organizations). Host family will provide breakfast and dinner. Departure in late June. Volunteer Commitment: $5,490.
