WorldTeach partners with a variety of organizations to provide quality experiences for volunteers and excellent teachers for our international and government partners.
WorldTeach relies on their In-Country Partners to communicate their specific teacher needs. We play a key role in “filling the teacher gaps” in local communities throughout our partner’s country.
“We would like to thank you again for the inevitable assistance provided by WorldTeach Teachers. They had tremendous impact on students and teachers’ performance here at our two high schools. We are pleased that two of them decided to remain to continue helping us. Thank you again for WorldTeach Volunteers.” Casiano Shoniber, Secretary of Education, Pohnpei

Additionally, WorldTeach has various institutional partnerships. They supply such resources as scholarships for alumni, grants for outgoing volunteers and pipelines of quality, internationally minded individuals to become the next contingent of WorldTeach teachers. This includes the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and the WorldTeach/TESOL Master’s program.
“Here at The Middlebury Institute of International Studies, we’re focused on graduating well-rounded, experienced professionals who have had both high-quality training and opportunities to apply what they’ve learned in class, in the real-world. Our WorldTeach/TESOL Master’s enables us to do just that”. Jill Stoffers, MA, Senior Director of Partnerships.
